Ease Back ft. Middle Blue, Molly Tigre and Blivet!

Date: June 11, 2019
Time: 20:00 – 23:00
Location: Nublu 151

Come on down and Ease Back with three incredible bands at Nublu! Each band features the cream of NYC’s cross-cultural improvisatory crop: blasting off for new musical worlds while still gyrating your posterior. Blivet takes the classic funk of the Meters and Funkadelic and runs it through a downtown NYC blender; Molly Tigre marries the rhythms and melodies of West Africa and Ethiopia with a distinctly New York lens; and the jazz-funk astronauts of Middle Blue will present their version of the classic Alice Coltrane album “Journey In Satchidananda”!

It’s a free country and you can do whatever you want, but don’t do something dumb like miss this show.
